We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Sales team at Hyatt. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for conducting qualifying communications and follow-ups, negotiating contract terms, and monitoring business leads. You will also be required to maintain accurate file notes and present benefit-focused site inspections.

In addition to your sales skills, you will need to have a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management, as well as previous experience in a five-star hotel or deluxe meeting venue.

Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers will be essential in this role. You should also have computer skills in MS Office and Outlook, with Opera/Envision EMS/RESERVE desirable.

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
