The Opportunity

If you are highly organised and motivated, this role is for you. Reporting to the Programs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are successfully delivered in accordance with Premier standards and client requirements.

We service clients across a broad range of industries from airports, roads and infrastructure to pharmaceuticals, power and more. Some stand-out opportunities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and shape project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring project milestones are achieved within scope of works.
  2. Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration to coordinate successful delivery of works in line with client expectations.
  3. Identify, manage, escalate and resolve project risks and issues.
  4. Provide feedback to motivate, innovate and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Manage stakeholder expectations to deliver successful project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years project management experience.
  • Ability to read structural drawings and experience with structural elements of construction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing projects through full life cycle according to outlined scope budget and timeline.
  • Extremely resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
