We are seeking a seasoned Foreman to lead our construction teams on high-rise projects in the vibrant Sydney market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage subcontractor teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and safety protocols for all site activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in developing project plans, maintaining smooth workflows, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with superiors, team members, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A trade carpenter qualification or tertiary construction certification is essential.
  • A proven track record working with reputable contractors, preferably in commercial fitout/refurb projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Previous experience as a Foreman is highly desirable, with references required to demonstrate your leadership abilities.
