We are seeking an experienced Site/Senior Manager to lead our high-rise residential projects in Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Oversight and management of projects from start to finish
  • Effective onsite resource management
  • Safe, efficient, and effective project delivery through stakeholder relationship management
  • Maintenance and improvement of construction programs
  • Safety audits and tool box talks
  • Provision of practical solutions to daily on-site challenges
  • Leadership, management, and mentorship of team members

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee multiple projects exceeding $100m in value
  2. Maintain good tenure with reputable businesses
  3. Proven experience in running sites and programs
  4. Tertiary qualifications or degree in Building & Construction or similar
  5. Expertise in planning, programming, and scheduling site work
  6. Prior experience in delivering projects in Australia
  7. Ability to lead, plan for, and manage onsite resources
  8. Strong experience in maintaining health and safety in the workplace
