We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. They will oversee building maintenance, property services, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Building Maintenance: Oversee maintenance schedules, manage contractors, and ensure quality work.
- Property Services: Coordinate services such as utilities, security, and cleaning.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS laws, conduct regular inspections, and maintain accurate records.
- Tenant Relationships: Manage tenant inquiries, disputes, and lease-related matters.
- Fleet Management: Oversee fleet operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- Capital Projects: Assist with capital projects, ensuring they stay within budget and on schedule.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in facilities or property management.
- Skillset: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualifications: Relevant diplomas, degrees, or certifications in facilities or property management.
