Opportunity

Join the Property team as a Facilities Coordinator, who is responsible for working with the Property team to manage facility maintenance requests in a timely manner and efficient coordination of multiple subcontractors across Kieser's sites.

The Facilities Coordinator oversees the maintenance and upkeep of a company's facilities, including managing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the facilities are safe and compliant with relevant regulations.

Reporting To The National Facilities Lead, Key Responsibilities Include

Managing and coordinating all maintenance and repair activities for Kieser's clinics
Supporting the National Facilities Lead with tenders for planned maintenance
Managing work orders that arise from facility audits & assist with standards improvement
Managing essential maintenance work tied to risk mitigation (i.e. events)
Building strong relationships with clinics and subcontractors
Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
Completing general administration tasks and supporting the Property team
Working with the Senior Facilities Lead to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
Managing the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs

Required

Qualifications & Certifications

3+ years' experience in equivalent role
Knowledge of operations, industry best practice, legislative & regulatory requirements related to facilities management
Work Order management system knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license

Desirable

Tertiary education in Facilities Management or other Property Related course
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and coordinating with vendors and contractors
