Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet and exceed manufacturer requirements.
  • Perform road tests to verify the functionality and performance of vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors, Foremen, and Technicians to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect used vehicles coming through the workshop to identify any potential issues.
  • Verify job cards before handing them over to Service Advisors to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Qualified technician or Senior technician looking for an alternative position within a Service Department.
  • Current QLD manual driver's license.
  • Previous experience performing road tests and quality control functions is a benefit but not essential.
  • Superior attention to detail and strong communication skills.
