
Technical Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to provide expert advice and partnership with infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues for our users.
- Own the technical health of an account by acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement resolution plans to address complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to aggregate issues across accounts and present strategic recommendations to product teams.
- Provide actionable insights to Success Managers to inform user-specific Success Plans.
- Analyze support case trends to identify strategic areas of focus for product development.
- Present status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, product support, or development in an infrastructure environment.
- Familiarity with BIM policies, procedures, and processes.
- Knowledge of Bentley products and their relationship with product lines and brands.
- Experience with ProjectWise, OpenRoads, MicroStation, or SYNCHRO is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
