About this role:
The Asset Administrator & Analyst plays a crucial part in creating value for the business by supporting daily operational management of the fleet, including vehicle management and working with stakeholders. A key element includes audit and data preparation for annual reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fleet information
- Registration renewals and roadworthy inspections
- General enquiries from drivers and site contacts
- Recharge requests from leasing companies
- Using data analysis tools to interpret and report on data
- Supporting Category Management team requirements
- Improving processes or approaches
- Reporting past events, issues and trends
- Acting as a liaison between departments
- Operating in SAP and various modules of Ariba
