Business Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.

  • Manage inventory levels, monitor product quality, and implement stock control systems to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with growers, transport providers, and supermarket clients to secure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee the grading, sorting, and preparation of stock for dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales teams to meet dispatch requirements, guaranteeing stock readiness and quality compliance.
  • Conduct quality assessments upon arrival, separating stock into appropriate grades based on customer requirements.
  • Travel to grower regions to evaluate farming practices, assess harvest quality, and strengthen supplier relationships.
