Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial administration, office management, document control, data entry, and ad hoc administration. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings and team events, ordering supplies and stationery, and assisting with records management and document control.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
