Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in South Australia on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have Corporate Finance experience or a strong background in Business Advisory, with an interest in Corporate Finance.

No two days are ever the same in our Corporate Finance team, offering constant stimulation, challenging workflow, and career development opportunities.

Our team has extensive experience covering various industries and business sizes, working closely with some of South Australia's most iconic businesses. You will specialise in areas such as assisting with financial due diligence, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, and strategic business advice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the lead partner with business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence
  • Conducting business valuations to drive critical decision-making
  • Developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Supporting strategic business investigations and analysis
  • Preparing covenant reporting for commercial banks
  • Providing insightful, strategic advice shaping the future of our clients' businesses
Required Skills and Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting role
  • CA qualified or working towards CA qualifications (near finalisation)
  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skills
  • Ability to read and interpret Financial Statements
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness
  • Strong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to analyse information and figures to formulate solutions
