Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Strategist to join our executive team and drive financial excellence across the organisation.

  • As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide high-level financial guidance to the CEO and Board, informing strategic decisions that shape the organisation's direction and long-term success.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, integrity, and compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Achieve revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable development.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance expert to make a tangible impact in a fast-evolving environment that demands agility, innovative thinking, and strong commercial acumen. You should bring expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management, along with exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.

A relevant tertiary qualification and professional certification (CA or CPA) or equivalent are essential. A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance and satisfactory National Police Clearance are required.

We prefer applicants residing in Adelaide, but consider applications from candidates with the right skills and experience for a hybrid arrangement requiring regular on-site attendance in Alice Springs.
