With a focus on delivering exceptional service and upholding compliance, this role is instrumental in ensuring seamless international assignment delivery for ASC's global talent mobilisation requirements.
Role Overview
The Global Mobility Specialist will be accountable for the overall case management of various types of large volume international assignments and relocations, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure operational support and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to explain complex principles to stakeholders at different levels.
About the Person
- A qualification in HR Management or equivalent work-related experience is essential.
- Significant experience in coordinating global mobilisations is required.
- High accuracy on data entry and attention to detail are necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels across the organisation are crucial.
- Organised and capable of managing competing priorities while still meeting timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all pre-assignment planning activities.
- Establish and oversee required expatriation, extension, and repatriation activities for various international assignment types.
- Manage delivery of assignment life cycle activities.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to Global Mobility Officers/Coordinators.
- Support the global mobility program effectiveness.
