About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Operations Expert to join our team at Harrison McMillan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating global mobilisations and be skilled in managing competing priorities while meeting timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all pre-assignment planning activities, including expatriation, extension, and repatriation of international assignments.
  • Establish and oversee required activities for various internation assignment types, ensuring seamless delivery and cost compliance.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to Global Mobility Officers/Coordinators, supporting the global mobility program effectiveness.
  • Mentor and instruct Global Mobility Officers/Coordinators in achieving delivery of all assignment life cycle activities from expatriation through to extensions, repatriations or potential localisations.

About You

  • You will possess significant experience in coordinating global mobilisations, with high accuracy on data entry and attention to detail.
  • You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex principles to people from different levels across the organisation.
  • You will be organised, capable of managing competing priorities while still meeting timeframes.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
