Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive work environment, focusing on mental health and wellbeing.

    • Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives that promote employee resilience and psychosocial safety.
    • Coordinate audits and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards.
    • Oversee the delivery of key wellbeing processes, including training and committee management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of workplace health and safety principles, with a strong emphasis on psychosocial safety and wellbeing. A minimum requirement of a Diploma in the relevant field, along with ISO Auditor certification, would be advantageous.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to coordinate programs and manage competing priorities.
    • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
