About the Role

This position involves safely operating plant machinery, including Bobcats, Skid Steers, Excavators, Loaders, and other earthmoving equipment. Key responsibilities include carrying out general earthworks, excavation, and site preparation, as well as conducting routine maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate plant machinery, including Bobcats, Skid Steers, Excavators, Loaders, and other earthmoving equipment.
  • Carry out general earthworks, excavation, and site preparation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery.
  • Follow safety procedures and adhere to workplace policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Civil team to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Requirements
  • Relevant earthmoving licenses and/or tickets (e.g., Bobcat, Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader).
  • Proven experience in civil construction or earthmoving operations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license (HR license preferred but not essential).
