Job Title: Care Support Specialist

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be working with clients in their homes, providing assistance with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Your duties will include:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Domestic Assistance - light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation and serving
  • Medication prompting and assistance
  • Transport - appointments, shopping and social outings
  • Respite - being with clients to give Carers a break
  • Social support - assisting clients to access community services

We are seeking individuals who have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged Care, or are willing to obtain this qualification. Additionally, a current First Aid certificate and Police check are required.

Prior experience in home care and disability care is preferred, as well as up-to-date COVID vaccinations. A Driver Licence and a car for client transportation are also beneficial.
