Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering our clients to achieve their employment goals.
">About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our clients to identify their strengths, skills, and interests, and matching them with suitable job opportunities. You will also work closely with local employers to build relationships and source job placements.

Qualifications and Attributes: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in customer service or a client-facing role. Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience of working with people who are overcoming challenges. You will also need to be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
