Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to clients to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Meet performance targets by delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients receive the necessary support to secure sustainable employment.
  • Bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by understanding their unique needs and opportunities, fostering strong relationships that lead to successful placements.
  • Network within the local community to create new employment opportunities that benefit both job seekers and local businesses.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in employment services, customer service, sales, or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in target-driven environments.
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement, as well as the ability to set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
Requirements

We seek a highly motivated and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, who can balance the needs of diverse clients and employers while driving business outcomes. Strong problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, and adaptability are essential, along with proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
