Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and sign in visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries, forwarding calls to relevant team members as needed
    • Book and manage meeting rooms through our online system
  • Security and Safety
    • Conduct regular floor checks and CCTV footage reviews to ensure the security and safety of the premises
    • Assist with incident response, including medical emergencies, fires, and lockdowns
    • Provide escorts for guests and contractors, ensuring their safety and security
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their representatives
    • Provide regular updates to our clients on the progress of service delivery
    • Collaborate with our security team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications and our client's software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
