Job Opportunity: Dermatology Sales Professional

About the Job

  • This role requires a strong understanding of dermatology and immunology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in specialty sales, preferably in the area of dermatology or immunology.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and delivering sales results in line with company targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Deliver sales performance, key brand indicators, financial targets, marketing objectives, and other key goals to meet or exceed on those objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations, and challenges to build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Call Planning: Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Manage multiple brands/indications in line with strategy guidance.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct pre and post-call analysis and evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of dermatology and immunology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in specialty sales, preferably in dermatology or immunology.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
