Job Opportunity

The Site Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting operational departments in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role involves advising on training requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts, and maintaining the site's Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to operational departments on training needs for risk control and compliance.
  • Collaborating with experts to develop and review training content and assessments.
  • Maintaining the site's Training Needs Analysis (TNA) database.
  • Supporting On-the-Job Trainers, Assessors, and Training Administrators through mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Analyzing training data and conducting audits to ensure effectiveness.
  • Designing and developing customized training programs based on operational plans, skills needs analysis, and gap closure activities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in training administration or specialist roles, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, and understanding of AQF and ASQA requirements.

  • Understanding of Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulations.
