Lead the operation of an effective and caring environment at our St Mary's Outside School Hours Care service in Bowen.
22nd August, 2025 Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland provides high-quality care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West, and Palm Island to the East.
We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens, and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.About the positionWorking closely with the school community, St Mary's Outside School Hours Care provides an engaging, interactive, and educational after-school hours care service to extend each school day.
We cater to the individual needs of each student, nurturing and developing lasting relationships with both the children and their families in Bowen.St Mary's OSHC is looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis for 25 hours per week.
This position is ideal for someone eager to lead and manage the operation of our high-quality Outside School Hours Care services in Bowen.You will play a key role in guiding the development of the service to meet local needs, all while upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values of MMCNQ.
Our work hours extend from 2PM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, with holidays off
