**Your role**
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, confident and professional individual to join us primarily focused in our Travel division.
Your role would incorporate travel and accommodation, and on occasion, registration for our varied clientele.

It is envisaged that to meet the needs of this position, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Processing and making travel and accommodation bookings for clients travelling domestically and internationally.
- Making flight bookings utilising Galileo
- Making transfer arrangements as required.
- Liaising with clients to ensure their requests and expectations are met and exceeded
- Completing the booking accounting process in Cross Check Travel
- Ticketing in-house or via consolidators
- BSP reconciliation

**What you need to succeed?**
- Previous experience in a small travel company
- Travel Consultant role, for a minimum of 2 years
- A sound knowledge of Galileo and Cross Check Travel
- Experience with both Inhouse and Consolidator Ticketing
- Back office accounting using Cross Check Travel and basic knowledge of BSP
- A typing speed of min 50 wpm
- Competency in Microsoft Office Software in particular Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of conference software, database or similar would be seen as advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail, proactive, positive thinker, motivated, articulate, self-starter
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
