**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at The Drive Group. As a leading consultancy, we are committed to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply Agile methodologies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, process mapping, flow charting, and acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to analyze and optimize data-driven solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs through techno-functional expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of data within files, including fields, columns, and data semantics.
  • Analyze data profiles, data lineage, and data patterns to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement data risk mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain coding skills in SQL and knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Techno-functional expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Financial Crime Reporting (preferred).
  • Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing (preferred).
  • Experience with AB Initio, Hadoop, or Teradata is desirable.
