Job SummaryWe are expanding our Speech Pathology team and welcome experienced and dynamic professionals who want to make a difference in a collaborative environment.
Suitable candidates will provide personalized support to individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their objectives. No two days will be the same, with our team striving to offer caseloads aligned with your experience and interests.
You may work in various settings, including childcare centres, schools, homes, and outreach locations. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and enjoy upskilling in clinical areas.
We foster close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and value teamwork. Whether you prioritize professional development or personal time, there's a place for everyone.
Your role will entail:
- Managing an allocated caseload (based on negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic interventions.
- Providing early intervention and parent coaching for children aged 0-5.
- Assessing and implementing supports for school-aged children (5-18) and adults.
- Offering neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups.
