About Our Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and support the strategy for our Asset Management team in APAC.

The role involves managing credit analysis, portfolio overlay, and distribution of existing exposures across 8 Asian countries.

As a key member of the team, you will possess exceptional credit judgement, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain multiple priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing monitoring and management of a portfolio and existing borrowers of non-investment grade, financial sponsor-backed financings originated by a leading finance group

Conduct analysis and monitoring of portfolio and proactive management of long-term debt sizing and distribution activities of assets

Responsible for timely and well-managed reporting of the portfolio for stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements and procedures

Assist refinancing and cross-sell opportunities with portfolio borrowers in conjunction with relevant internal counterparties

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in the banking or finance sector, including leveraged finance and portfolio credit management

An undergraduate degree in Business / Commerce / Law from a leading university is essential

Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
