We're seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Catseye Pool Club Restaurant, situated on stunning Hamilton Island. This is an extraordinary opportunity to make lasting memories with our discerning guests while fostering a positive work environment.

About the Opportunity:
This key role involves overseeing daily service operations across our premium restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless, high-quality service that exceeds expectations. As a leader, you'll mentor and motivate your team to deliver warm, polished service that reflects the essence of The Sundays. You'll also be responsible for training staff in service techniques, product understanding, and exceptional guest engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house operations to guarantee smooth, high-quality service
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team to promote a positive work culture
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, exceeding expectations with personalized attention
  • Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail expertise
  • Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and safety protocols
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venue

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment

  • Solid wine service knowledge and awareness of current food and beverage trends
  • Superb communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Calm under pressure, with a polished and professional demeanor
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting
