Centre Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our centre and drive excellence in every aspect of our operations. The successful candidate will be at the heart of our team, inspiring others through their leadership and commitment to providing the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

About This Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for early childhood education. The Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication. They will also inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

The Centre Manager will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development, prioritise children's safety and well-being, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. They will cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Requirements
  • Aceqa-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Blue Card.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
