Community Support Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team in delivering person-centered care and support directly in clients' homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives, promoting their health and well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with medication administration, supporting clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks, facilitating social access and leisure activities, and tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people's lives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
