Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team at Southern Cross East Fremantle.

About The Role

This part-time position involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to residents, conducting assessments and developing care plans to enhance their quality of life and independence.

You will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care, focusing on prevention and management of falls, as well as contributing to quality improvements in allied health and residential services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (unlimited)
  • At least 3 years of experience in physiotherapy
  • A strong commitment to person-centered care
