About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Our Allied Health team in Southern Cross East Fremantle is seeking a part time Physiotherapist to join our team Southern Cross Health and Wellness Centre is a state-of-the-art exercise, rehabilitation and medical facility. We provide person-centered care and strive to enhance the quality of life and independence of our residents. You\'ll also be asked to provide outreach services in our clients\' home.

As our Physio, you will focus on providing assessments and utilising the highest end of your clinical skillset to provide care plans and recommendations to our residents. You will have multiple opportunities to build rapport with our clients, and focus on complimenting hospital outpatient programs and services such as RITH to provide continuity of care.

We'll Also Be Asking You To
  • Delivering of high quality physiotherapy services to our residents
  • Maintaining an effective falls prevention/management program within the home
  • Communicating effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
  • Contributing to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
  • Complying with Allied Health, clinical and Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices
About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with at least 3 years experience. You will also need a strong commitment to person centred care and able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, you\'ll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents\' lives.
