Meaningful Business Growth SpecialistAmbitious about driving sales and making a genuine impact, we're seeking a personable and driven individual to build trusted relationships with care providers.
This role offers both sales targets and opportunities for growth in a challenging and rewarding environment.
- Exceed new business sales targets across your portfolio by delivering high-impact outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aged care and community care providers by running compelling discovery sessions and product demos that speak to client needs
- Close deals with confidence - managing proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Keep your pipeline accurate and updated in Salesforce
- Partner with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign outcomes
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry networking
You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure aligned campaigns and messages drive real results for our clients.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of success in business development - preferably in SaaS, e-learning, or healthcare
- Proven ability to smash sales targets and build trusted client relationships
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Skilled in managing a structured sales process and working CRM systems
- A team player with strong time management, self-drive, and a solution-focused mindset
- Bonus: Experience in aged care or familiarity with L&D in care settings
