Job Title: HR Professional Move To Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HR Consultant. As an experienced HR practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and leveraging your knowledge of HR software to provide expert advice to clients.

  • About The Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take their career to the next level by moving into the HR Software industry as a product expert and consultant.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions using our HR software platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Purpose:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the use of our HR software platform.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospects to unpack their pain points and requirements.
  • Present and demo how the HRIS can be the perfect solution for them.
  • Unpack and understand prospect paint points and requirements during sales calls organised by the sales team members.
  • Be in charge of demo(ing) the HR platform to prospects.
  • Be in charge of setting up custom trials for prospects.
  • Help the sales team with the pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Liaise with the product team and the sales team members to find workarounds and potentially create new features to meet the requirements of the prospects.
  • Contribute to the product ideas and the product roadmap during the product management meetings.

About The Person:

The ideal candidate would have between 5 to 10 years working in HR and wants to move into the HR Software industry as a product expert and a consultant. You would use your HR knowledge, HR experience and love for software to consult to clients on if and how our software would best work for them. You would be someone who loves software and HR and gets a kick from solving HR problems with software solutions.

- **Base:** $100K to $160K/Year Inc. Super, depending on experience
- **OTE:**$180K to $220K/Year & Uncapped
- **Share Options:** Share options valued at $84K
- **Yearly Salary Review:** Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
