Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Coordinating L&D, Talent & HR activities across Australia.
  • Maintaining the Learning Management System.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
  • Coordinating Onboarding & Induction days.
  • Scheduling interviews, assisting with sourcing of roles & advertising.
  • Coordinating national training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and learning development initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, performance metrics, and training requirements.
  3. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of HR services.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a HR or TA administrative/coordinator role.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
