About the Role:
- Coordinating L&D, Talent & HR activities across Australia.
- Maintaining the Learning Management System.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
- Coordinating Onboarding & Induction days.
- Scheduling interviews, assisting with sourcing of roles & advertising.
- Coordinating national training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and learning development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, performance metrics, and training requirements.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a HR or TA administrative/coordinator role.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, and proficiency in using software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
