Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Career Advancement Professional to join our team at Ulan West. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting employees with their career development and growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to provide exceptional support and services related to the employment lifecycle. This includes employee payroll processing, general administrative functions, and day-to-day operations of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage high volume, end-to-end payroll for a growing workforce of 24/7 rostered employees.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and documents across several systems and processes to ensure exceptional record keeping and compliance.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including phone screening, reference checking, pre-employment medicals.
  • Manage the onboarding, termination, and transfer process for employees via the HRIS system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources or similar.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent understanding of best practice HR programs and procedures.
  • Systems experience (Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Suite) will be highly desirable.
