At Harbour Town QLD, you'll find yourself in the midst of a dynamic retail environment.

The role involves creating an exceptional customer experience by assisting with sales, receiving and restocking stock, picking and packing online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

As a Christmas Casual, you will be part of a fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering outstanding service and achieving sales goals.

  • Create memorable experiences for customers
  • Support your team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Keep stock moving by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Ensure the store appearance remains fresh and tidy
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every shift

Key Requirements:

  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Passion for sneakers and delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven individual
  • Open to learning, feedback, and growth
