About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Ambassador to join our team during the festive season. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a seamless and personalized experience for every customer interaction
  • Maintain high presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently on the point-of-sale system
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms, ensuring customers find the perfect product to suit their needs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • An eye for detail and a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
