**Festive Car Park Ambassador**

This is a seasonal casual opportunity to join our team of ambassadors, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers during the festive season.

As a key member of our services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing greetings and assistance to customers on arrival and departure from the centre. You will also assist with traffic management and navigational support during busy periods in the car park, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assisting with traffic management, navigating customers through the car park during peak periods.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the car parks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
