About the Role: Stepping into the season in style

As a Christmas Casual, you will bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest time of year. From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is great, but not a must
  • Passion for sneakers and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Lovethe hustle of a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
