Highly Experienced Project Manager Sought

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and manage complex projects in the construction industry.

About this role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled project manager who can make a significant impact on our business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-design to post-construction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.

Requirements

  • Current Australian working rights.
  • A current Builders Supervisors Licence (Queensland) or equivalent.
