Home Health Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Therapist to join our team in the Cleveland, OH area. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive sign-on bonus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility, through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance patients' functionality and alleviate pain.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach.
