Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within a healthcare setting.

This role involves handling patient registrations, bookings, and queries, as well as receiving payments, issuing receipts, and completing billing tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work flexibly, and have previous experience in a similar role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage face-to-face and phone patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries as the first point of contact.
  2. Handle payments, issue receipts, complete billing and invoicing for patients.
  3. Operate our booking system with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Support back office activities such as data entry, reporting and other delegated tasks.
