Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our operations team on a major civil infrastructure project.

  • This role involves providing administrative support for all finance-related activities, including managing and processing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining accurate records of all invoices and payments, and generating reports as required.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and payments.
  • Generating reports if required.
  • Preparing and processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Processing of purchase orders.
  • Monitoring and resolving invoices if required.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably within construction).
  • A high level of data entry skills with both speed and accuracy of input.
  • Previous Accounts payable and bank reconciliation experience.
  • Experience using job costing programs.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and environmental practices.
