The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and preparing, submitting, and negotiating final accounts.
Your Background:
- Proven experience in contract and commercial management on large complex projects.
- Strong contracting background, with expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
- Experience preparing, submitting, and negotiating complex final accounts, including claims for extensions of time.
- Familiarity with Tier 1 Contractor processes and procedures.
- Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
