Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking an exceptional High End Knock Down Rebuild Pre-Site Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our high-end customers through their pre-construction journey.

We offer a competitive $70,000 - $90,000 per annum salary package, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization.

Job Description:

  • Effectively manage customer expectations and ensure they are informed about the status of their home during the pre-construction process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their experience.
  • Maintain accuracy in recording customer project details, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Liaise with drafting, estimating, studio, and external suppliers to coordinate client variations when required.
  • Evaluate customer quality control through professional communication, data entry, and report compilation.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in account management or customer-focused roles within residential building or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with residential construction contracts and plans is essential.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-channel customer service team with a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance standards.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and managing various activities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills.
