Infrastructure Advisory Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Advisory Professional to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Projects & Infrastructure Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing specialist transaction, commercial, financial, and economic advice on a wide range of infrastructure and real estate projects.

You will work closely with clients across both the private and public sectors, providing advice spanning all major infrastructure sectors including transport, energy, social infrastructure (health, housing, education, and community infrastructure) as well as real estate asset classes including build to rent, private healthcare, aged care, retirement living and disability housing.

Your expertise will include business cases and feasibility analyses, strategy assessments, cost benefit analyses, property valuation, economic modelling, and transport modelling. You will also have the opportunity to work on both local and national engagements across a broad range of projects and service offerings offered by our PIA division.

To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, or real estate. A good understanding of commercial and economic principles, combined with developed research and writing skills, will be essential. Excel modelling competency will also be necessary to support the development of project feasibilities, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis, or economic modelling.

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, real estate, or equivalent relevant industry experience associated with infrastructure.
  • A good understanding of commercial and economic principles with the ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.
  • Developed research and writing skills to support development of key deliverables including advisory reports, commercial documents, and business cases.
  • Excel modelling competency to support the development of project feasibilities, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis, or economic modelling.
