Commercial Litigator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigator to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes and litigation matters.

You will work closely with directors and senior lawyers on complex disputes in areas including construction, insolvency, shareholder and contractual disputes, and property litigation.

You will have direct client contact and autonomy in running files, while still receiving guidance and support when needed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
  • Work closely with directors and senior lawyers on complex disputes.
  • Have direct client contact and autonomy in running files.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years PAE in commercial litigation (experience in construction disputes is highly regarded).
  • Confident in managing files, drafting pleadings, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently.
  • Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • A great communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
