We are now seeking a talented 
Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3-5+ years PAE)
 to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role

As a key member of our litigation team, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
  • Work closely with directors and senior lawyers on complex disputes in areas including construction, insolvency, shareholder and contractual disputes, and property litigation.
  • Have direct client contact and autonomy in running files, while still receiving guidance and support when needed.
  • Be part of a collaborative team culture that values innovation, efficiency, and client success.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • 3-5+ years PAE
     in commercial litigation (experience in construction disputes is highly regarded). Please note we are open to all applicants from 3 years to 30 years of experience.
  • Confident in managing files, drafting pleadings, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
  • Strong time management and an ability to work independently.
  • Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • A great communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Motivated, organised, and looking to grow your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
